FAQ
How do you deliver?
Your flowers arrive in a flash and on two wheels. We’ve had a long-standing, trusted partnership with the Veloblitz courier cooperative.
How are the flowers packaged for delivery?
For the sake of the environment, we keep packaging to a minimum: your bouquet is wrapped in recycled, unprinted natural paper. To keep the flower heads fresh—especially if they have to wait a few hours outside your door—the stems are wrapped in a small pouch with wet paper.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on where the destination vase is located. There are two location-based rates that apply only to online orders:
Zone 1: City
8001, 8002, 8003, 8004, 8005, 8037, 8045, 8047, 8048
Price: CHF 15.– incl. VAT
Zone 2: City of Zurich

What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?
The Veloblitz courier will ring a neighbor’s doorbell to try to access the building and leave the flowers in front of your apartment door.
If no one answers, the courier will contact the recipient by phone. Upon request, the bouquet can be placed somewhere safe—for example, in the yellow-green bike trailer next to the house.
Of course, it’s best if someone is home to receive the delivery.

By what time do I need to order for same-day delivery or pickup?
Orders must be placed by 10 am on the same day.
How can I keep my flowers fresh longer?
They don’t like drinking the same thing all the time, so change the water in the vase regularly. Some like it hot—but not flowers. So don’t place them in direct sunlight or next to a radiator. What helps them bloom most of all: a little attention and care.
As you can see, flowers are only human too.
